Lauren Wood was born and raised in Gloucester and has called Cape Ann home for over two decades. Real estate has always been part of her story, growing up in a construction family, she spent her earliest years on job sites with her father and grandfather. Her father owned a local real estate construction business on the North Shore and instilled in her the value of hard work and helping others build their dreams.

Before launching her real estate career, Lauren worked in marketing at Hunter Protective Services, where she gained valuable experience in communication and client service.

When she's not working with clients, you’re likely to find Lauren boating around Cape Ann, enjoying the many waterfront restaurants in Gloucester, or coaching track at O’Maley Innovation Middle School. With deep community roots and a love for family (hers is a lively crew of six) Lauren believes her role goes far beyond a simple transaction. Her goal is to be a trusted advisor and lifelong resource, bringing genuine commitment, local insight, and a customized strategy to every client she serves.
